快快快!阿连带你去客户群里抓妖怪 Hunt Monsters among Our Customers

阿连听说最近上映的《捉妖记》夺了不少票房,阿连的朋友们也在谈论这部电影。其实,我们的客户群里也有很多妖怪!不信??来来来,阿连带你去抓妖怪。
I’ve heard that Monster Hunt has won a high box office and many of my friends are talking about this film. In fact, there are a lot of monsters among our customers! Believe me or not? Just go to hunt them with me.
砍价妖 Monster of bargaining

顾名思义就是砍价很厉害,不管你开什么价格,他都要砍上一下,心理才舒服。最讨厌了。
Just as the name implies, he is good at bargaining. He would bargain no matter how low the price you charge, which is really disgusting.
面对砍价妖,没办法我们还是得跟他周旋一段时间,继续跟客户强调我们的质量,然后再强调在同等质量下的价格优势。当然还要跟砍价妖说说我们的合作客户群以达到旁敲效果(我干爹是李嘉诚,干哥哥是马云如此之类说出来分分钟吓死他),告诉客户我们做的都是高质量产品,你砍价也要看质量是不是。

这个妖有点麻烦就是他动不动就会有很多条约、条款。这些还是不平等条约,要说是《南京条约》都不失为过,幸亏咱们也不是清政府那会啦,不会那么呆呆的就让客户鱼肉我们的。当然还是要高举捍卫我们该有的权利,捍卫我们该有的利益。动之以情,晓之以理的跟条款妖,条条击破,见招拆招啦。
This kind of monster always has lot of treaties and clauses, among which most of them are unequal ones, just like the Nanjing Treaty. But we are not the Qing government any more, which was controlled by invaders completely. Of course, we should defense our rights and interests. To tackle these problems, we should try to persuade the monster of terms sentimentally and rationally.
条款妖,虽然刁钻,但是最后还是被我们收服滴。质量摆在那里,价格摆在那里,你还会那么挑剔吗?
Tricky as the monster of terms is, he can still be conquered by us. Will you still be picky in the face of the high quality and best price?

拖延妖 Monster of delay

这种妖其实还算不错的,就是他凡事都拖拖拉拉,非要你push他才记得,你多联系才会有进展。面对这些妖,我们总结出了经验。一般需要客户准备资料的,确认资料的时候, 都提前跟客户打声招呼, 让他心理有个准备。
This kind of monster is actually not bad. However, he procrastinates over everything. Only when you remind and urge him, can you proceed to the next step. To deal with this kind of monster, we have summed up some experience. Generally, inform the customers in advance if requiring customers to prepare or confirm materials so that he can prepare for it.
要是还没有回复的话,就继续邮件、电话。所有能用的聊天工具都使用上,将夺命追魂CALL 再次发挥出来。

这种妖其实为数不多的,因为大多数客户都把我们的谦虚礼仪学得不错的。

面对这种妖的时候,真的是很多时候会觉得,好想打人。次次摆着架子在那里。感觉你们做的事情都是那么的理所当然。面对这种妖,你也不必过于谦虚了,该学学国外文化礼仪。如果客户错了,也老实的告诉客户确实是他们错了,不要老是跟客户说SORRY ,该说的时候才说。不然客户会觉得就算是他们的错,最后也会认为是你的错,而且他们是大牌,动不动也可以说不跟你合作也没有关系。
