这个邮件该怎么翻译？请各位英语达人们帮忙解读一下，主要想表达什么意思？

当谈到付款事宜，首先收货人理所应当为这些项目付款，一是。。。（一开始）我们明白贵方想要为中国的消费者行为预付款，那么这些预付款就必须和运输，托运物上的订单号有联系。这样以来就方便我们确认付款，然后将预付款补偿给收货人。

以上是我粗略的翻译，不过硬是没搞懂这段话的主要意思是什么。本人刚开始做外贸，小白一个，劳烦大神们给解读一下吧？谢谢了！！

当谈到付款方式的时候，由收件人来支付在下面条件下的可以接受的的。
首先，为了合作，我能够理解你站在中国顾客的角度要求预付款
第二，预付款必须包含运输费，合同上的订单号
在上述条件满足的情况下，我们可以通过第三方确认付款。

好像翻译的不太合适，但是我实在不知道，这个客户到底站在水的立场上，还是，到底谁买谁的货？

这个客户是不是要跟你谈佣金呢 怕你不给他付佣金 就解释一通  大概就是墨迹了一下 没什么实在的意思
如果是他之前是跟你谈的佣金问题 那你就多小心这个人了

1 英语不太好
2 对佣金过于重视，真正的商人一般不会重复这个的
3 叫你提前打钱的一切客户都pass就是了

是这样的，这公司是我们在国外设的代理，负责直接与那边的供货商洽谈，应该是代表我们的立场。之前没看清楚。。。。。我们是做海产品进口的，好多手续都不熟悉。还得再请教！：）
