通知客户关于广交会的安排

广交会马上就要到了，得通知现有或者潜在客户，争取见面机会。。广交会半个月前提前通知，三天前在提醒一次。。
我是这样写的，望各位前辈，同仁给些意见。。

Glad to inform you that we will attend the first phase of the Canton Fair(15rd - 19th Oct, 2013).
Our Booth No. is ***.A lot of our products will be exhibited,I glad to invite you to visit our booth.
