表达有问题吗？还是客人误会了？

今天，客人发了一份采购单过来。内容是说要Please send me your PI with EXW terms.                               
SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS:                                EXW Shenzhen
Forwarder's details : To be advised                                
Shipping by :         AIR or SEA : to be advised according to your PL                         
                               
但是之前我发给他报价说我们的是出厂价，不包括任何运输费用。发给他内容如下。If i remember well,last time you said that you will probably ship the goods by fedex and with a barcode 30*25mm at the back of the PVC box.

I wonder if you still do that. If yes,i send our EXW price for your reference.The EXW price means you need to ship by Fedex,we don't have to

pay for transport.If you change your mind ,the FOB price is same as last time.Send two quotations for your reference.One is EXW price.Another is

FOB price.We are already cut the price very fine.请问是我表达有问题吗？如果是，我该如何向他说明，我们的是出厂价，不包括任何费用？？
