学习3大另类攻心绝招应付老外一直压价

“客户压价压到我吐血!!!”很多同学都碰到这样的困难。古人云:攻心为上。国外的商务谈判理论也提倡谈判中,要针对对手的心理“”软肋“”,也就是对方心理最重视,最Care的议题。所以,除了常规的价格谈判策略,小伙伴们可以尝试以下的三大另类“攻心”绝招:

“美国人谈人权,欧洲人谈环保,中东人谈安拉”

首先,“美国人谈人权”
老美非常重视人权,甚至有部分内容还落实在我们验厂的“社会责任条款”里面。 所以,可以根据这一点制定谈判策略。举例: 老美说价格very high , 供应商可以说,我们价格高,主要是我们重视工人的基本人权, 比如说:购买劳保产品,工人的儿童教育补贴等等。特别是儿童教育补贴,工人才能送孩子去上学。最后,反问老美,“儿童受教育的权利也是人权的很重要的一部分,对吗?”(Education Right for Children is a very important part of Human Right.  Right ? ) 老美buyer听到这里,往往都会非常认同的说 “YES”, 而且内心都觉得这个供应商是一家很重视人权,很有社会责任感的公司,比其他供应商更符合筛选标准。

后续的谈判中,每次老美压价,你可以说“可以降价,但是工人的儿童教育补贴就没有了,小孩就不能上学了”。这样,老美压价的时候内心就会有一种罪恶感,觉得如果我再压价,children就要失学了,受教育的Human right 受到严重侵犯,可能压价就没有那么狠了。

其次,“欧洲人谈环保”
欧洲人非常重视环保,也有部分内容落实在验厂的“社会责任条款”里面。 所以,可以根据这一点制定谈判策略。举例: 欧洲buyer说价格very high , 供应商可以说,我们价格高,主要是我们重视环保, 比如说:购买环保设备,环保设备的日常运作等等。最后,反问欧洲人,“环保对于地球来说意义非常重大,对吗?”(Environment Protection is very significant to the Earth .  Right ? )

欧洲buyer听到这里,往往也会非常认同的说 “YES”, 而且内心觉得这个供应商是一家很重视环保,很有社会责任感的公司,比其他供应商更符合筛选标准。

后续的谈判中,每次欧洲人压价,你可以说“可以降价,但是环保设备就不能正常运作了”。这样,欧洲人压价的时候内心就会有一种负疚感,觉得如果我再压价,环保设备就不能运作了,地球的环境会受到严重破坏,可能压价就没有那么凶了。

最后,“中东人谈安拉”
中东人大部分是穆斯林,筛选供应商的过程中除了商业因素,还很重视“安拉的指示”。 所以,可以根据这一点制定谈判策略。举例:

遇上中东买家注意三点:
1、根据伊斯兰教的“六信五功”等宗教风俗来安排接待工作,比如安排好朝拜的房间,铺好穆斯林风格的地毯,指明麦加方向等等

2、暗示中东buyer, 我们有很多穆斯林的客户与朋友,最好有来自沙特阿拉伯,甚至是来自圣城 麦加或麦地那 (MAKKAH, MADINAH), 如果自己去过沙特甚至圣城那就更好。

3、价格谈判僵局的时候,可以说“我们很有诚意跟您合作,因为我们觉得中东跟中国相隔万里,您能来到中国,并且在茫茫人海中找到我们来洽谈合作,我们觉得这是神的旨意。”

中东买家听到这里,心理可能想,这家供应商这么了解与尊重我们伊斯兰习俗,还有这么多穆斯林朋友,而且我又相隔万里来找到他们,是不是真的就是“安拉的指示”啊。这样中东买家可能就不那么纠缠于价格,加快下订单的进程。

三大“攻心”绝招 “美国人谈人权,欧洲人谈环保,中东人谈安拉”揭示的是一种普遍的心理规律,具体谈判中还要根据买家的具体情况,具体分析,具体应用。

1.未付款订单的催款模板(请根据您产品自身特点描述内容进行修改)。

2.查看到买家付款完成后的订单后,给买家发送订单确认邮件,并且告知预计发货时间。

Thank you for your payment for orders xxxxxx.We will be dispatching these items within the next

3 days.If you have any questions or problems,contact us directly for help.

3.填写了发货通知后告知买家当前情况(订单号、发货单号、运输方式和发货日期)。

Hello,xxx,

We are happy to tell you we have dispatched your order!You can track its progress with the following tracking number:xxxxxx.

You can also track the delivery of your order yourself here:www.xxxxx.com.

It usually takes about 30 days for your order arrive,but as this is the shipping season,the logistics companies are very busy and some orders may takes lightly longer to arrive.

4.超过5天还未更新物流信息,让买家再等待。

Dear xxx,

As we all know,it’s the busiest part of the shopping season and logistics companies are running at maximum capacity.

Your delivery information has not been updated yet,but don’t worry-we will let you know as soon as an update is available.

Thank you for your patience!

5.货物退回,换物流方式重新给买家发货,并延长收货时间。

Hello,xxx,

Due to the overwhelming demand for logistics this shopping season,the original dispatch has failed.Don’t worry!We have already dispatched your order with a different logistics company.You can track the new delivery of your order here:www.xxxxx.com.

We have also extended the time period for you to confirm delivery.

If you have any questions or problems,contact us directly for help.

6.长时间在途,确认是否收到货物,减少买家未收到的担忧。

Hello,xxx,

If you haven’t received your order yet,please don’t worry.We just checked the tracking information and it’s on its way!

Don’t worry about your money or your purchase either if you do not receive your package,we will resend your order,or you can apply for a full refund.

If you have any questions or problems,contact us directly for help.

7.距离确认收货超时还有1周,依然未妥投,告知买家物流的大致情况,并且告知买家会给他延长收货时间,请买家不要提交纠纷。

Hello,xxx,

We have checked the tracking information and found  your package is still intransit.This is due to the overwhelming demand for logistics this shopping season.

We have also extended the time period for you to confirm delivery.

If you have any questions or problems,contact us directly for assistance,rather than submitting a refund request.We aim to solve all problems as quickly as possible!
