是的你没有看错,邮件里居然连ASIN或者对方品牌信息也不提及了。简直就是一个撒网通知,等着你来申诉,提供不了资料的,恐怕又是Game over了。
如果你是正规卖家:
申诉方向参考:尽量提供多的资料去审核申诉,自己的品牌商品证明资料,产品来源渠道信息,正规采购发票,采购合同,说明自己的经营模式,过往客户评价,甚至公司正规资料等等。使用账户邮箱发到邮件里要求的邮箱里。然后等通知。
申诉资料完整的拿回销售权的可能性还是很大的!正规卖家请务必不要放弃申诉机会!
另外请注意一下申诉的有效期是17天。
如果你无法提供对应的资料,恐怕只有凶多吉少了。
由此可以预测亚马逊卖家正规化,企业化,品牌化已经是不可避免的事实。
以下是对卖家长期运营亚马逊的一些建议:
1.正规的公司,常态化运营,拒绝虚拟地址注册或同地址挂靠下大量注册的空壳公司。
2.产品和渠道正规化。采购渠道的正规化,采购合同,增值税发票的常态化准备也是一个趋势,预防亚马逊的“突袭”
3.商标注册,品牌备案,少跟卖甚至零跟卖。
4.选品把关慎重,避免侵权。
5.线上采购转为线下工厂渠道合作采购。该拿授权的拿授权,该签合同的签合同,严格把关工厂和渠道自身的资质。
6.多账户单站点单平台转变为少账户多站点多平台发展。
7.个人模式转变为团队模式。
8.自发货模式转变 FBA或海外仓发货模式。
后亚马逊时代,江湖动荡,各类事件层出不穷,卖家把时间花在刀刃上,无论是选品选渠道还是选词推广产品,拒绝跟卖,拒绝刷单刷review,拒绝侵权违规,提高自己的防御力,提高自己的竞争力才是长期运营亚马逊的长久之策。
