
从每年的9月20号开始到第二年的1月6日,Amazon平台将进入销售旺季,这段时间是的销售额几乎占全年总份额的一大半。然而旺季到来之前,亚马逊的又一次账号清理行动在9月3号开启,比上次“鬼节”的封号规模有过之而无不及,封号原因也相似,都是客户投诉,其伤害指数让卖家措手不及。
我们先来看一封中英版的亚马逊封号邮件:
Hello,
You may no longer sell on Amazon.com because of rights owner complaints about items that infringe their intellectual property rights.
由于客户投诉你的商品侵权,你在亚马逊销售的权力将被移除。
Funds will not be transferred to you but will stay in your account while we work with you to address this issue. If you have any open orders, please ship them.
如果你有待发货的订单,请正常发货,货款会流向你的账户,但是账户将会暂时冻结。
You can see your balance and settlement information in the Payments section of Seller Central. If you have questions about those, please write to payments-funds@amazon.com.

You can send .pdf, .jpg, .png, or .gif files. These documents must be authentic and unaltered. You may remove pricing information, but the rest of the document must be visible. We will maintain the confidentiality of your supplier contact information.
你可以发送pdf,jpg,png或gif等格式的文件。这些文件必须真实,不能作假或修改。你可以删除价格信息,但是其余的文档必须是可见的。我们将对你的产品供应商信息保密。
If you do not send the required documents within 17 days, we may not allow you to sell on Amazon.com.
以上申诉的资料必须在17天之内提交,否则销售权将被彻底移除。(特别注意:此次申诉的有效期是17天,超过申诉时期,几乎可以宣告账号死亡)
