卡塔尔单证注意事宜

一．需准备的单证Please Note :
1. Commercial Invoice, attested and stamped by Chamber of Commerce 1 Original 注：注明PO号。商业发票原件两份（其中一份由贸促会加盖章，证明书上要有发票号）. 所有单证抬头写上公司名称，地址，电话传真。
2. Packing list （注明PO号）
3. Certificate of Origin （货描里产品注明净重和毛重. 右上角5.空白处及右下角各一个贸促会的章）
4. Quality certificate
5.Bill of lading (货描里注明产品毛重和净重)
As per Qatar customs new requirement exact net weight, gross weight on commercial invoice, certificate of origin & air way bill or bill of lading must be available for all shipments to Qatar.Request all of you to follow the procedure to avoid any problem during customs clearance.
二．这边海关对发票和装箱单、Quality certificate有格式要求，麻烦按以下照片中的格式做相关单证。
三.产品外包装箱上要有MADI IN CHIAN的字样.收货人写客户公司。
四.如果是开信用证的单，其它事宜请仔细阅读信用证，按信用证相关要求做单证。
