将近一个月客户没理睬我,就连感恩节发的祝福邮件都没回我,感觉没希望。于是昨天我写了个邮件希望约个时间给他打电话,到底是怎么回事。下面是我昨天写给客户的邮件:
Hi ***,
Is there any problem with our sample? do you get the test report? There is no response from you almost one month.
I would like to call you,is it convenient at your time Tuesday afternoon 4:00 pm? if not please advise the time, i am ok for any time.
Could you also advise your mobile or office direct line?

今天收到客户的回复:

There was no problem with your sample.I did not receive the test report. It has been long time.
As you know we had many bidders and you are in the top two bidders. We are going to make decision by tomorrow to get this going. The other bidder is qualified like your company so it has come down to price. Sorry, but if they do not perform as promised we will be seeking your help to get the order processed.
