想要订单?促销邮件模版作用大 Promotional Emails Templates

销售没啥起色,好吧,是时候主动出击招徕客户啦!一封有内涵的促销邮件怎么能少。什么?你还没有准备好邮件,不知道从何入手?快来看看阿连给你准备的促销邮件写作要点吧!
Your performance of sales is no well? OK, it is time to take initiative to attract customers! A promotional email is necessary! What? You are not ready to mail or do not know how to begin writing? Just read the writing points I share with you!
1、第一步:有力的标题The first step: a powerful title
促销信都是“不请自来”,所以开头一定要有吸引力和诱惑力。一个能戳中客户“痛处”的标题能增加客户点击你邮件的机率。对此,你可以尝试:“产品+卖点”的标题格式吸引客户注意。来看看下面几个标题:
Promotional email is “unsolicited”, so the title must be attractive and seductive. A title that points to “pain points” can increase the rate of customer’s clicking on your mail. In this regard, you can try: the title format of “product + selling point” can attract customers’ attention. Look at the following titles:
1) The most COMPETITIVE PRICE for Automatic Pressure Cooker ---COMPANY NAME
2) BIG DISCOUNT for DIWALI---COMPANY NAME
或者在标题中显示你的一个比较有名的合作客户名称,当然,前提是你们之间没有任何保密协议或者客户不反对你对外公开与他的合作关系:
Or show one of your more well-known cooperated customers name in the title, of course, the premise is that you do not have any confidentiality agreement with the customers or he does not object the public relations of cooperation:
3)** Brand (Your cooperated customer with Famous Brand) Trusted LED Light Manufacturer--** COMPANY NAME
又或者你可以将价格插入到标题中去,但前提是你的价格有足够的优势:

2、第二步:极具竞争力的产品卖点和促销优惠The second step: highly competitive product selling point and promotional offers
一旦抓住了读者的注意力,就该趁热打铁劝服他们买自己的产品。既然是促销产品,就要写出这款产品的优势还有此次促销的力度。在产品介绍中,要突出重点,一味的光说“最好”、“最新”并没什么实际意义的,一定要说出你和同行对手相比最实质性的出彩的地方。另外就是写出本次促销能给客户带来的好处。
Once caught the attention of the reader, striking while the iron is hot,you should persuade them to buy your products. Since it is a promotional product, the advantages of this product and the intensity of the promotion should be shown. In product introduction, instead of stating “the best” “the latest”, you ought to stress a focal point and the most attractive aspect comparing with peers. In addition, what benefits that customers can obtain also should be shown in emails.
This **(product name/model no.)is the most hot-sell one in the Indian market with automatic control panel, 100% new plastic and high quality 304 grade stainless steel for the blade, which can cut fruits into small pieces to make fresh juice.
It is 10% off if place order within this week for the DIWALI selling. Price will remain the same after this period.
  
3、第三步:增加客户信心,促进订单落实The third step: increase customer confidence, and promote the implementation of orders
通过产品介绍引起读者的购买欲望后,为了能进一步加强读者购买的决心,促进合作,你可以说说现在这款产品的销量还有已经下单的客户、数量,以增强客户合作信心。例如:
After arousing purchasing interest for customers through introduction of the product, in order to further strengthen readers’ determination to promote cooperation, you can state the sales of this product now and those customers who had placed orders, so as to increase customer confidence. For example:
Now, we have received 300,000pcs order from customers, among which ** (brand) company has order 20000pcs. Now the production schedule is tight. Hope u can make your decision soon.  
促销信和开发信从理论上来说,具有相同的作用:吸引客户合作。但从更深一层的层面来说,却又不尽相同。开发信注重的是客户开发,发送的对象都是没有接触过的客户,因而在邮件的写作上更注重公司实力介绍和产品介绍,以此来吸引客户合作的意愿,而促销信更多的是通过戳中客户需求,吸引客户合作意愿,发送的对象可以是没有接触过的客户,也可以是已经有联系的合作或未合作客户,在邮件写作上更注重促销产品的介绍。
Theoretically, the promotional and development emails have the same effect: to attract customers. But from a deeper level, it is quite different. Development emails focus on customer development and the object is the customers that you never cooperated, therefore what should be emphasized is the company’s strength and product introduction, in order to attract customers to cooperate. Promotional emails focus on finding out the customers’ needs, to attract customers to cooperate, so the objects can be those who you never contact, or you have contacted but non-cooperative customers. What should be emphasized is introduction of promotional products.
无论你发的是哪一开发信还是促销信,都必须抓住重点,一语中的,才能捕获订单!
Whether you send development or promotional emails, you can get orders as long as you seize the key and make a pointed comment!
