你混的是哪个“圈” Which Is Your “Circle”

微商的发展如火如荼,阿连的朋友圈不知从何时一夜间都是做微商的朋友,大家都想在这种高速发展的电商时代大捞一笔。事情没有错与对,但有些原理是通用的,今天阿连也顺微商的势来道出一些客户圈运营的方法给大家。
Micro business is growing vigorously, so suddenly my WeChat moment is full of friends working on it because most of people would like to benefit from such rapid development era. Not wrong or right but some are general principles. Now, let me tell you some methods for running your customer circle.
首先是帐号的注册 Register account
根据自己不同国家的使用习惯去注册不同的社交软件,因为阿连跟进的客户基本都在“东南亚”一带,所以我选择了这些国家客户比较常用的通讯工具。比如“WhatsApp”, "Skype", "Linkedin", "Wechat", "QQ", "MSN"... 为了适应不同国家的客户阿连都有注册。
To register different social software according to their own habits in different countries, because most of my customers come from Southeast Asia, so I choose these commonly used communication tools. For example, “WhatsApp” , “Skype”, “Linkedin”, “Wechat”, “QQ”, “MSN”... I register them to adapt to the customers from different countries.
注册里资料填写最好不要随意填写,公司名、联系方法的最好都填上,方便以后有兴趣的客户联系上你,也提升了你的帐号的真实性。
Do not write registration information at random in the best, and fill in company name, contact method so that interested customers can contact you later, and also it can promote the authenticity of your account.
第二步是建立自己的“客户圈” Build your own “customers circle”
我们需要真正拉近与客户的距离,加强沟通,同时也可以进一步地推广我们的产品,推广公司,让我们的目标客户无论何时都能记得我们。那么大家就要建立自己的“客户圈”。相信玩过微信朋友圈的连友们,所以看到这个字眼,也不难理解。而其目的也跟我们玩朋友圈如出一辙,加好友基本的方法都是差不多,无论是手机号码、E-Mail、关键字、到国内的QQ号码等等,发挥你的才能和一切办法找到与你产品相关的客户进行互相关注。加好友的习惯要养成。以后与客户沟通时除了拿邮箱和电话号码外,第一时间就是用通讯软件与客户互相关注噢。
We need to really get closer to customer, strengthening communication, at the same time to further promote our products and company, to let our target customers remember us whenever. Then we should set up “customers circle”, which is easily understandable if you know WeChat. While the purpose is the same as WeChat moment, so does the way to add friends. No matter cell phone number, e-mail, keywords, QQ number and so on, add your related customers with your talent as possible as you can and make it be your habit. When communicating with customers, in addition to get mail and phone number, the first step is to pay attention to each communication software.
第三步就是帐号的运营了 Operate account
这么多的不同的通信工具当中,都有各自不同的特色。你想吸引怎么样的人,你自己就要把自己打造成这方面的人,所以每个帐号我们都要每天上去发自己的心情、自己的产品、还有与产品相关的应用文章等等。这样才能让你的朋友圈活跃起来,吸引更多对你产品有兴趣的客户关注到你。特别是像微博、Facebook这种开放性的平台更应如此。
So many different communication tools have their own different characteristics. You need to let yourself be the one that the kind you want to attract. Post your mood, products, related passages every day on your account particularly on Weibo, Facebook and other open platform so as to make it active, attracting customers to focus on you.
阿连就用自己最熟悉的“Likedin”和“WhatsApp“来举例。
Take my most familiar “Linkedin” and “WhatsApp” as an example.
“Linkedin”的使用其实就跟我们之前玩过的“微博”差不多,是一个既可以“一对一”,也可以“一对多”的平台,通过Linkedin朋友圈你可以跟大家分享一些文章,图片之类,你的朋友会看到你发送的东西,感兴趣的客户也一样能看到有可能会与你联系。另外还Likedin有一个非常好用的“讨论组”功能,可以通过这个功能组织一下线上的小型会议,比邮件沟通效率高多了。当然你也可以建立兴趣讨论组,邀请同行进行探讨问题也行。其次就是“WhatsApp”了,这只是一个“一对一”的平台,其最大的特点就是“信息即时性”,简单地说跟短信,彩信的功能差不多,方便及时联系到客户。另外对于像"Wechat", "QQ"...等国内的软件也越来越受欢迎了,大家也可以慢慢学习参透其中宣传和跟进客户的奥妙吧。
“Linkedin” is like “weibo”, because it can be “one to one”, and “one to many”. So through Linkedin circle of friends you can share some articles and pictures with your friends. As a result, interested customers can see it and get touch with you. A very good function of Likedin is the “discussion groups”, which can organize a higher efficient small online meeting. Of course, you can also set up an interest discussion group, inviting peers in for problem discussion. Next is the “WhatsApp”, the “one to one” platform, with the most obvious advantage of “information immediacy”, just like SMS and MMS to contact with customers immediately. Moreover, some domestic software like “WeChat” and “QQ” is increasingly popular. You can comprehend the secret of publicity and the tips of following up with customers.
只要用心去经营你的每个帐号,你会发现在社交软件上你可以更多的看到客户的另一面,了解的更多,最后收获的不仅仅是订单,还有与客户的友谊。但天下没有免费的午餐,所有事情离不开你的用心。
As long as you operate your account attentively, you will find another side of your customers on social software. Knowing more is helpful for orders and friendship. But there is no such thing as a free lunch; everything depends on your efforts.
