怎样邀请客户参加展会?

1. 制定一份参展产品简介,最好对产品进行图文并茂的简述

2. 发放邀请函给客户

3. 展会当天,最好有车辆接送、中午有午宴,提前准备午宴过程中的议题

4. 电话通知客户展会的概况,并诚挚邀请客户参加,告知客户届时将有XX业内权威人士到场,并且有XX专题的高峰论坛

5. 邮件的撰写,主要要表达诚挚的邀请之意,并简要介绍展会的盛大概况。Tips,记得附上邀请函(因为公司的人员在上班时间外出、出差,必须要办理出差或请假手续,此邀请函可以帮助客户顺利到达展会现场),邮件中最好写明接待人员姓名及联系方式。

参展的话主要从资料下手,搜集同类展会的会刊,媒体的杂志。因为这些客户都是熟悉会展了的,你所做的就是找到负责人,把展会信息传递给他,然后客户经过了解后,才会选择是不是参加你的展会。

通过沟通,客户或许才会对你的展会或产品感兴趣

which hold on the Italy ,our booth No. is as follows:
