刚开始我是报了RFQ之后，然后跟进了一封开发信，
后来客户回了

Please send me quotation for ceiling lamp on excel spread sheet.

我回的是Thank you for your reply,we do not know which one you want,so we send our product catalogue for you first.
Please check then tell us which one you want?

Hoping receive your reply again soon.

他马上就回了
Page 10 and page 12. Those are interested for us.

Please send pricelist on excel spread sheet.可能连看都没看

我就问他具体是哪个，

他的回答：

All of them. If you can't I will contact someone ells. I need all of them.

看到这句话我好无语，但是又不能拒绝，只能硬着头皮发了几个报价

发了之后就再也没回我，遇到这样的情况我还真不知道该怎么办，
希望大家帮帮忙
