从国际的需求来看，2014年国际经济保持了继续复苏的势头，特别是发达国家经济开始复苏，需求会缓慢增长，这对中国的出口来说是有帮助的。另外从新兴经济体来说，虽然由于这样那样的原因，出现了经济放缓的状况，但是新兴经济体的经济基本面还是良好的，是有能力克服目前遇到一些困难，逐渐使自己的经济在2004年有所回升和好转。
