求翻译成英语

各位~求翻译~英语~
客户投诉原因:客户订单全部用新包装,但是实际收到的还是旧包装

我司回复原因:客户一开始下单时并没有说全部要改包装,订单中有新型号和旧型号,新型号我们按照客户的要求改了包装,但是旧型号,客户并没有提及需要更改包装,所以还是按照返单(以前做过的订单)开下去了
给贵司带来不便,请谅解,谢谢!

或者还能够更好的解释吗?大概的原因就是这样!

Client complaint reason:  client requires for new package, while actually the received package still the old one.

My Reply: At the beginning of the order, client hasn't required to change all the package. In the order, there are old models and new models; for the new model we changed to the new package required by client; but for the old model, we packaged as the former order because no special requirement from client. We are really sorry to bring inconvenience to your company, sorry.
