我有点被这客户搞晕了。。

客户是打算买我的产品了，但出口报关费用这里，我有点懵了，不知道他具体啥意思,请看下面：

As we sincerely want start bussiness and keep a long term relationship with you,we can reduce the 50 USD for less than MOQ,but i need confirm following:

1, The declaration cost,do you mean we should bear half of the cost 90 dollor?

2,Are the goods deliver to wearhouse of your Guangzhou forwarding agent?

3,The sample except for the Solar Road Studs and Glass Road Stud have no stock,we can offer you the rest.

Pls do helpfuly confirmed these.

然后客户又给我回的邮件：
we also want to start a business with your company. $ 50. it is not a large sum of money.
With regard to your questions:

2. Yes, we are willing to pay for delivery to our shipping agent in Guangzhou.

If we agreed to pay, I'll pay tomorrow invoice

我的问题是我PI上已经做了180USD的出口费用，他要我们承担一半90USD，这是啥意思？付款的时候少90USD还是说我们到时候我们退给他90USD（貌似这不合常理）都来看下看谁把这客户的意思理解得清楚一点的告诉我吧。

和出口报关什么关系？ 客户意思就是样品费用 一人承担一半 也就是180美金 不管什么费用 他只出一半
