“人才流动”对每一家企业来说是再正常不过的事情,但是很多外贸企业往往对外贸业务员的离职感到忧心忡忡,害怕这离职的老业务员会带走公司的客户。其实,只要处理的方式妥当,老业务员离职并不一定就能带走客户。

在离职前发邮件通知其跟进的所有客户
在业务员要离职时候,公司首先要求他发一封邮件给他跟进的所有客户,交代一下离职的事情。信件如下:
Dear Customer :
how are you doing? wish you a good day,
thank you very much for your support in the past.
for my personal reason, i will leave **** company for my development, and my colleague( your name)will replace me to follow everything for you in the future, her email address is: *****(your email address), kindly feel free to contact her if any future inquiry.
thank you
have a nice day

业务员离职之前,肯定要安排公司的其他外贸业务员去接手他手头上的工作。只有当所有工作都交接清楚之后,这个业务员才能离职。
在离职业务员发给其跟进的所有客户一封告别邮件之后,接手的业务员也得立刻发邮件给他的客户。邮件格式内容可参考如下:
Dear Customer:
How are you?
I am ****, I will do the service for your business as Jane's absence.
I have been with our company for about 5 years, so I am confidient I can deal everything well for you.
Thanks for your always support!
