外贸邮件主题怎么写?

今天我们来聊一聊,我们各类邮件主题该怎么写?(仅供参考)


1. 开发信主题

如果知道客户名字,最好前面加上To XXX 比如To Mike-China top 5 vendor of XXX products

China top 5 vendor of XXX products

XXX products with XXX years exporting experience

CE and RoHS approved XXX products

BSCI approved factory supplies XXX products

Alibaba verified manufacturer of XXX products

XXX(大品牌) vendor of XXX products in China

XXX products with MOQ of 200pcs

30% discount on XXX products before XXX(日期)

Top rated factory direct for XXX products

XXX products from 10 years golden supplier of Alibaba



2. 展会邀请邮件主题

To Mike-Welcome to visit our booth(C125) at the coming XXX Fair in Hongkong

To Mike-XXX Fair(in Hongkong) invitation

To Mike-Please visit our booth(C125) at XXX Fair in Hongkong

To Mike-Invitation of XXX Fair(in Hongkong)

To Mike-XXX Fair(in Hongkong)



3. 放假通知邮件主题

To Mike-Holiday Notice of Mid-autumn Festival

To Mike-Labor Day Holiday Notice from Joseph of XXX company

To Mike-Labor Day Holiday Notice from XXX company Joseph



4. 新品或者热卖产品推广邮件主题

To Mike-Latest design XXX product with limited free samples

To Mike-New arrival XXX product with XXX(新品最大特点)

To Mike-new coming model(upgraded generation of XXX product)(XXX是指老一代产品)

To Mike-View our latest design XXX product(only for VIP customers)

To Mike-Experience our latest design XXX product(you are 1 among the 10)

To Mike-hot sale model of XXX in Europe/Thailand-XXX company

To Mike-XXX product-Popular in Europe/Thailand



5. 促销产品邮件

To Mike-20% discount on XXX product(only for VIP customers)

To Mike-Getting the promotional price of XXX product

To Mike-30% off on XXX product

To Mike-Do not miss the chance of 25% off on XXX product

To Mike-Grab the chance of 25% off on XXX product

To Mike: Hurry up, grab the chance of 25% off on XXX product



6. 紧急邮件主题(一般不加客户名字一般,不然太长了,客户看不到全主题)

Top Urgent: need your reply/confirmation on sample

Very Urgent: need your reply/confirmation on sample

Urgent: Need your reply/confirmation on sample

如果比较短,可以写在后面

Need your confirmation-Top Urgent/Very urgent/Urgent



7. 库存处理邮件主题

XXX company-Stock list XXX(日期)-20% off of original prices

(我们看到的一些带病毒或者木马的邮件主题就是这种,所以这样的邮件主题要针对很熟悉的客户才行,新客户看到了,可能会直接删除)



8.日常回复邮件主题

这类邮件,不要一直在客户回复的基础上去回,要根据每一封邮件主题去更改,这样会出现很多个Re,比如Re:Re:Re:Re:Re:....也不方便后期客户查找和自己查找,参考主题如下:

To Mike-inquiry of XXX product-XXX company

Re:To Mike-Quotation of 1000pcs-Joseph

Re:To Mike-Sample Proforma Invoice of XXX product-Joseph

Re:To Mike-Sample picture for reference-Joseph

Re:To Mike-Sample parcel situation-Joseph

Re:To Mike-Sample test or not-Joseph

Re:To Mike-Proforma Invoice of 1000pcs-Joseph

Re:To Mike-Goods are ready for shippment

Re:To Mike-Deposit received and order arranged



9.客户投诉类邮件主题(根据处理客户投诉步骤大致写了一下)

下面主题中的XXX是日期, 如complaint 20210721

To Mike-Reply to your complaint XXXwill be within 72 hours

多久之内回复客户XXX日期的投诉

To Mike-More details(photos or videos) are required for handling your complaint XXX

处理你XXX日期的投诉需要更多细节(图片或者视频)

To Mike-Reasons for causing the BBB problem-Your complaint XXX

针对你XXX日期的投诉:产生XXX问题的原因

To Mike-Solution for solving BBB problem-Your complaint XXX

针对你XXX日期的投诉:某某质量问题的解决方案

To Mike-Compensation for complaint XXX on AAA order(AAA可以是产品名称,也可以是客户的PO number)

对XXX订单的XXX日投诉的赔偿

To Mike-Your ideas on the compensation of complaint XXX

您对XXX日期投诉的赔偿意见
