Quality claims must be in writing and submitted by the customer within 6 months after the goods delivered to the destination, before being considered by MANAKIN or YUYANG.

YUYANG and MANAKIN will review reasonableness and legitimacy of each claim.

After consideration, if YUYANG agrees with the nature of the product defect, MANAKIN will attempt to negotiate a mutually agreeable settlement with customer.

In accordance with the actually loss of the goods, both of the parties should find a reasonable way to solve the claim after bilaterally conformed.

If the customer insists the material is not fit for use and refuses a settlement, MANAKIN would try their best to find another customer to accept the material as products.

When decision is made to scrap products, YuYang will credit all but the scrap value of the material back to buyer.

Neither MANAKIN nor YUYANG would accept any consequential damages proposed by a customer.

“Out-of-Pocket” expenses MANAKIN may incur to evaluate and settle such a claim would be billed back to YUYANG.

The nature of all such expenses would be approved by YUYANG prior to actual expenses being incurred .
