1.原产地证Original certificate
2.自由销售证明/卫生证明Sales certificate or Health certificate
3.成分表Component list
4.包装日期证明/生产日期证明The certificate of production Date
5.基本单证(装箱单、发票、合同、提单) Basic documents: Packing list;invoice;contract
6.外文标签及中文翻译件(彩色扫描件1 : 1比例) Original label and Chinese Translation

<1>进口申报资质: Import
1.进出口权The right of Export and Import
2.食品经营资质(食品流通许可证;酒类批发/零售许可证) Liquor license
<2>进口备案所需资料清单: Import record flie list by the Chinese company(Consignee)
1.备案申请书(货代公司提供表格填写: 标签备案、收货人备案、发货人备案申请书)
For the record (Please fill in the application that we offer )
2.工商营业执照Businese license
3.组织机构代码证Organization code
4.法定代表人身份证明Legal representative ID
5.自理报检单位备案登记证明书Rcord certificate for manufacturer's self-declaration
6.进出口货物收发人报关注册登记证Certificate of Customs Self-Declaration
一般食品进口，货物到港3个工作日左右能清关出来。
