跟踪客户 需要的就是耐心 和时间 。发邮件太勤了 ,人家 嫌你骚扰人家 ,发的少了 。自己就忘记了,毕竟潜在客户有很多的。
过年那会,不知道什么时候发出去的{:soso__10615784733045253186_4:} 客户回邮件 说是对我们的产品感兴趣 附件里带着详细的产品资料 。我一看,不禁惊喜哇 !我们的常规产品啊 。于是开始跟踪了 。在这里就叫他PAul吧。跟他说了 ,我们做这个产品时间很长了 ,当然里面添油加醋了一些 。但是没有太大的出入与实际情况。一个月下来。10封左右的邮件 。说让我发一个视频给他看看 。看一下生产的过程 。我建议他可以来验厂,看一下我们工厂的实力。后来他也回邮件了 ,说是三月份会来中国 ,当时我是有顾虑的,{:soso__17337913029137767884_4:} 顺便提一下。我们公司三月份会去参加德国科隆五金展会。护照是办下来了。可是因为我是刚毕业的大学生。可能面临面签的情况。当然老板出国很多次了。直接就可以通过。我也将情况如实告诉了P、但是P的行程当时已经有我们公司了。但是因为我的一封邮件,P放弃了。说是行程很紧张。只在我们青岛2天 。所以。可惜了。只能等到四五月份,。以下就是我们的谈话。。。

Hi Alisa:
Thank you for the email and follow up. Due to your scheduling conflicts, we will not be able to meet during my upcoming visit to China. Unfortunately, I will be leaving for Malaysia and India on the 16th of January, and in order to make these trips, I will need to be in Shenzhen on the afternoon of the 15th. If it is acceptable to your company we can continue our business relationship via email and telephone until I return to China (planning on coming back in April or May).
