外贸收款时候客户名字写错会退回吗?最快解决办法是什么?

答复：最快的方式就是让客户联系银行发一下更正函，因为退款时效无法控制的【如果账号出错，我们这边不能确认有没有退款报文，有可能中间行直接就退回了，也可以咨询下线下客服是否有退款报文】，中间涉及到很多中转行，就像做飞机一样，假如没有直达的就只能不断转机了，因为涉及到别的银行，时效无法控制，没有确切的时间。一般系统会自动拦截，然后给他弹回去给他退回去。你如果说以后遇到客户，比如说名字写错了，那么就让他等他退款。然后再重新发，这种会比较好一点，因为你那个。一笔钱到了，然后他们停留在那边，然后你再发个更正函，然后他们再去人工的去查，这个其实很浪费时间的。

退回货款到账时间案例：美国客户打到泛付美国账户，客户10月4日(礼拜五)汇款5000美金，10月7日（礼拜一）银行告知没有汇款成功，也就是说基本隔天就知道汇款有没成功了。

(this was the 2nd wire sent via international t/t) I see that when this wire was sent domestic, it was returned by the beneficiary bank due to “BNF NAME NOT MATCH” (Beneficiary Name Not Match). This would indicate the name on the account number provided does not match what was given to our customer. They will need to contact the beneficiary and request clarification on the beneficiary’s name. (this was the 1st wire sent domestically and the BNF did not match) It is possible that International Bank of Chicago is a correspondent bank. The beneficiary is in China, so they would likely have an account at a Chinese bank.

经过运营部门多方调查，可以确认您的这笔资金被 泛付的代理行，芝加哥银行（International Bank of Chicago）拒收。 拒收原因：Beneficiary Account Name 与 开户名称不符 因为 ZHENBA MAGICGO 这家公司改过一次名字，原名字为YIWU ZHENBA，钱在改名字之前进入了代理行系统，因为名字相差太多，所以代理行进行了拒收。 我们已经让代理行提供退款报文，您也可以跟您的客户解释一下，并让您的客户重新付款，谢谢！第二次打款就让客户直接付到美国DOMESTIC账号（改以后的名字）就能成功了。
