“样品”细节
在拿订单的过程中有一个步骤就是要打样,这是个关键的步骤却往往会被销售给忽略了。
有些销售往往会觉得这只是一件样品,有点出入是允许的,只要在做大货的时候没有问题就行,并且永远很自信的认为在做大货过程中不会有这种问题出现。然而采购商却不这么认为。以下是一个采购商对供应商的吐槽:
寄错样品怼客户,被拉黑名单
Jane said : I told the sales that it's beautiful kinky curly hair but unfortunately they sent me the wrong length for one of the bundles.
简说:我告诉销售这是非常好看的卷发,但不幸的是他们发给我的一个样品长度错了。
To my surprise, the sales told me to stretch it as if I already don't know that I sent her pictures she still assured me they were correct. My 14' and 16' are both longer than the 18' .
我要定的14号和16号都比这款长。但没想到销售竟然在我发给他们证据之后还坚信自己没错,并且说这是可以拉伸的假发!
I told her also that another supplier (you) had better customer service! She responds so late and says it's because of the time difference. I understand that but i do have many suppliers in China OK?
我告诉她,她的服务态度比其他人差多了。她很晚才回复我并且说这是因为时差问题。我能理解但是我也有很多其他在中国的供应商合作伙伴好吗?
So I just quit cooperating with her forever.
所以我决定以后都拒绝与她继续合作。
你以为样品没什么,但是从买家的角度看,看到样品就等同于是看到最终的货品,样品达不到目标预期或是有些小瑕疵,客户就会有很多顾虑。
因此供应商在打样过程中要特别留心注意各种问题,不要因为小细节而失掉订单。更不用说在寄错样品之后还用无所谓或者狡辩的态度对待客户。
