外贸业务员千万记住客户的名字

有一次一个客户打电话（座机）找我

我接电话 （公司公用电话），开始竟然不知道是我的客户

因为他把我名字念错了N边， 不晓得他要找谁

我i听了他的名字，也不搞不清楚他是谁.......
（电话中对话）

I： 你好.....
CUS: Hello, good afternoon,
I: Hello, can I help youi?
Cus: Can I speak to ***** (我的名字， 但是他念错了.....）
I： Sorry, no body is called that name here.
Cus: is this **** company? (我公司名）
I： Yes
Cus: Can I speak to *****  （发音还不是很正确， 但是有点像我的英文名的前半部分）
I: you would like to speak to **** (KAO, 难道找我的 ？？）
Cus: Yes, that is.
I: Ya, This is  *******  (KAO,   真是找我的， 尴尬）
Cus: I am ***** (很长的， 非常规英文名字 ..）
I： ******* （不知道他是谁）
Cus: ..., I am you customer........
I:.......(Kao, 没听出是哪个客户..） ,Yam sir, can I do something for you ?
CUS: I need you quote me the price of ******
I: OK, could you send me a emal for confirmation？  (鬼知道你是谁）
CUs: I just sent an email to you.
I: （........ KAO ,没看到啊.）， Sorry, pls  let me check it.......
CUS:...............
I: OH, yes, I got it. I will reply you by email, OK?
Cus: OK, see you.
I:88....

（后续：后来才知道， 那个人是客户公司的CEO, 经常来信的  ）
