点评:这一封邮件几句话点名了主题,言简意赅,对于老外来说是非常适合他们的胃口的。邮件里面能用一句话表达的就不要用两句话表达,更需要注意的是写邮件的时候需要从客户的角度去思考,看看那些是比较啰嗦的话需要删掉,那些句子可以用其他的表达方式更客气,不用过多使用第一人称,可以考虑多去用被动的语态。然后发现这邮件实在没什么好删除,简单得不能再简单了就可以使用发送了。O(∩_∩)O~
版主PS:这并不是什么开发信,仅仅是告诉客户上次收到的样品已经寄给工厂了,但工厂说材料不是ABS,而是PP,价格他们需要重新核算,但近期内原材料涨价,希望您能尽快确认,我们好采购原材料并安排生产。
