外贸菜鸟求解,请各位高手帮忙!

想请教大家一个问题,就是有一客户发了询盘跟我电邮聊了5次,但之后没联系,不知是我回的内容是不是有问题,请各位帮我看看:这是这个客户的第一次询盘,我回的内容如下:
Good day and Best Wishes! I am from TIANCHANG MACHINERY , jackson, We are very pleased to receive your below email,thanks for your interesting and kind attention
Enclosed you can find our drawings of CO11-30-20-N  that should correspond to your attached.
The quotation for 1 pieces of the CO11-30-20-N  is RMB 250 per unit.
Please note that in case of increasing of the quantity we can reduce the price.
Please let us know if our drawings do not correspond with your request.
Enclosed you can also find our reference list and the presentation of COOSCOO
Please do not hesitate to contact me for any additional information.

然后他这样回我:Hello,
the attached valve is OK. As I understand, this is a copy of Sun CK**-*** valve?
My needed quantity is approximately 500 pcs per 1 month. Please give me the price for this amount in Euros.
Also, can You tell me the delivery time and costs to Estonia?
我这样回他:
this is a copy of Sun CK**-*** valve? CK**-***?  CK**-***  ?CK**-***? can you told me whole meaning?
然后他这样回我:
it just looking very similar and has the same T11A cavity, which Sun uses.
我再这样回他:
Enclosed you find our drawing CO19-30*N  (Check Valve) have T11A cavity,but not  a copy of Sun CK**-*** valve,Our COOSCOO Brand Valve have a good assortment of goods than sun
The quotation for CO19-30*N is RMB 936 , about 112 EUROS per unit,If you purchase approximately 500 pcs per 1 month, approximately cut down 10%  
For the delivery time, The goods will be shipped within one week after payment.
and about the freight to Estonia,I‘am sorry that we only offer the price of FOB shenzhen,you should consider first,tks.

有的国家的客户做事情慢吞吞的,他最后回复是无法接受这种价格吗?

是的,他说在当地买阀的话都比我们便宜,真不知如何回他?

你可以说说你们产品的亮点。对比一下产品质量和其他的问题,还有问问老板是不是可以降价,幅度是多少,做业务就是需要慢慢磨的

其实说实话我也不知我公司产品质量到底如何,要降价,那就是逼我老板上梁山,那是不可能的

我也是,其实之前我公司的产品利润是200%的。每次一降价就心痛,什么亏了什么亏了的。很虚伪··
