平白无故收到的西联汇款通知是咋回事呢

亲们，帮我看下啊，这封邮件是不是那个人发错了，我根本不知道这个人是谁，突然告诉我西联付款，并告诉我他在圣诞前要这批货。怎么回事呢？是不是对方发错邮件了？还是咋的？给我的直觉就是骗子，麻烦大家帮我分析下，谢谢！
