前几天收到这封询盘，大略一看，感觉很有骗子的味道。现分享给大家，讨论讨论。全文如下：

Dear Manager,
Our company is a register company in Nigeria Africa , TELEFONIA NIGERIA LIMITED, we have the certificate of import and export with our government of nigeria .
We buy direct from the manafauring company, now we have an order to supply to some company in nigeria, some state in nigeria by the Nigeria goverment .
I will like to know more about your company on how we can make the orders from your company if your company have the rigth of export and import rigth with t he china government?
