有了这5个邮件模板,再也不怕报价后客户“玩失踪”了

外贸开发过程中,最怕开发信后的石沉大海,最怕报价后突然的安静。
客户收到邮件没?
客户对产品感兴趣吗?
客户对报价满意吗?
为什么不回复呢?
客户是保守、试探、高冷还是真的没有兴趣?
内心不安煎熬的就像一个刚刚表白完的情窦初开的愣头小子。然而再多的内心OS也没有什么卵用,还是赶快看看如何用实际行动赢得客户的“芳心”吧。今天先看看报价后如何邮件跟进客户吧。
跟进时间
给客户报价后多久,客户未回复多久跟进合适呢?太早,担心引起客户反感,太晚,担心客户把自己抛到脑后。实际上,小编认为可以在报价发出的3天内跟进,这样既可以给客户一定的时间考虑和对比,不会带有压迫感,同时没有长到会让客户忘了你的报价。
邮件跟进模板
首先给大家介绍下,可能造成客户不回复的原因:
1)        遇到了同行问价;
2)        客户进军新领域的尝试,采购意愿和方向并不明确;
3)        客户需要货比三家,你只是其中一家;
4)        客户需求不紧迫,不着急采购;
5)        客户是中间商,没有决策权。
针对以上的原因,可以借鉴以下5个模板。
1.        直接
Dear XXX,
Wish everything well with you and your esteemed company.
We are in receipt of your letter dated Augest 10, and as requested was expressed you 3 catalogues for our XXX (your products). We hope they will reach you in the due course and will help you in making your selection.
Wish we will promote business as well as friendship.

2.        询问情况
Dear XXX,
Good morning. Hope you have got a wonderful weekend!
For several days no news from you, my friend. Now I am writing for reminding you about our offer for item of XXX dated XXX according to your relative inquiry. Have you got (or checked) the price or not? Any comments by return will be much appreciated. It will be our big pleasure if we have opportunities to be on severice of you in the near future.
Look forward to your promote response.

3.        多次跟进未回复
Dear XXX,
Now I am writing for keeping in touch with you for further business. If any new inquiry, welcome here and I will try my best to satisfy you well with competitive price as per your request.
By the way, how about your order (or business)with item XXX? If still pending I would like to offer our latest prices to promote an opportunity to cooperate with each other.

4.        直接询问原因
