我这样写亚马逊索评邮件 好评率还不错!

近两年来,随着跨境电商的高速发展以及卖家的增长,亚马逊上的中国卖家已经越来越多且呈现不断上涨趋势,但是最近酷鸟时常听到卖家抱怨,差评满店铺,烦烦烦啊!

在亚马逊这个注重评价体系的平台,收到差评确是恼人又不可避免的事情。



亚马逊的索评邮件到底怎么写也一直是卖家们的一大难题!如果邮件内容写的得体,好评率将会得到提升;但是如果邮件内容不当,出现索好评字眼过于明显或者发送频率过高,可能会适得其反引起买家的反感。



注意索评邮件发送频率:

一个朋友反应自己发送了索评邮件,但是效果不好,心细的卖家朋友应该注意到了:5 、6 封!在此,酷鸟建议卖家朋友的索评邮件发送频率最好不要超过三封,因为超过3封以上要求反馈与评论绝对弊大于利:

买家下单后:Your order has been confirmed!

卖家发货后:Your order has been shipped!

买家收到货后:How is your order?


除了卖家寄送的邮件外,买家可能也会额外收到来自亚马逊自动发送的二至三封电邮。试想,作为买家收到一堆邮件,能不反感吗?



电邮前排除差评买家:

为了减少买家反感,建议卖家朋友在发送邮件的时候可以适当排除一些经常性差评的买家、某些特殊ASIN的买家,降低差评率!



买家可能会在很短的时间内,因同一个订购单收到七至八封电邮。以顾客的观点,可能会把这些邮件视为垃圾邮件。

有一个简单的方法能够订出正确的讯息发送频率,就是使用酷鸟卖家助手,如此一来卖家可以具体地看出什么时间发出什么邮件。



邮件内容怎么写:以下提供2个索评邮件模板

模板一:

Your order has been confirmed!

I'm just writing to let you know that Amazon has confirmed your new order:

delivered safe and sound! If you have any question, please be sure to write back

We noticed that your order has been delivered to your place recently. By now

well solved.
