亚马逊售后服务在运营中也是一个很重要的一个role,作为客服要如何做好这项服务呢?美国站或英国站,客户是以英语为母语,但是英式英语和美式英语在使用中是有区别的,要在交流的过程中照顾到语言使用的差别。
所以在回复时对英文水平也是有一定的要求,在与一个美国朋友交谈中,她告诉我:若你写的邮件语法错误太多,或描述一件事太啰嗦,我们基本不会花时间去看,因为有时根本就看不懂, 因此语言使用中尽可能的规范、简洁、易懂。

以上是在运营中常用的模板,当然还有类似“发错货”、“缺货”等,这次的分享就先不说;
首先,我们要明确在写英文邮件时,常用到的时态有一般现在时、一般过去时、一般将来时与现在完成时这四种,交替使用效果会更佳哦。下面就来看下模板吧

Dear buyer,
We have got yourinquiry of XXXXX. But it seems that theorder is still unpaid. If there is anything I can help with the price, size,etc, please feel free to contact me.After the payment is confirmed, I will process theorder and ship it out as soon as possible. Thanks!
