作为新手,当我们收到一封询盘的时候总是非常的激动,总是绞尽脑汁的想把回复邮件写的漂亮、大方,显得自己是多么的老套和善于表达,于是开始去各大贴吧寻找模板,或者是拿出自己的珍藏进行拼凑。
BUT
做生意不是写作文,回复邮件的时候应尽可能多的【捕捉有用的关键词】进行回复
例如,有这样一个询盘:
Dear Gentlemen 
We are a Amrican company that is employed at decoration of massage armchair,we need information of some products of you. 
We need to know measurements, colors, you photograph biggerto be able to appreciate better every piece. 
From already thank you very much the products that we are interested in they aresiguentes**** 
不够优秀的栗子1:
This is sandy from XXXX Co., Ltd, it’s my pleasure and honor to contact with you. First of all, I'd like to introduce our company briefly for better understanding with each other.
In China, we are one of the professional manufacturers of researching, developing, manufacturing and marketing XXXXXXXXXXetc. More than 80% of our products are exported to world markets, mainly America, Europe, Australia, Middle East and Asia. 老外会来发来询盘一定是对你们公司、产品有了解,你再去发这些就是添油加醋,而且有些老外会觉得你东扯西扯很没有诚意。
这个时候,我们可以捕捉到关键词:
1、 massage armchair (按摩椅),但是并没有说需要我们公司什么。
2、measurements, colors, you photograph biggerto be able to appreciate better every piece. 从这句话可以分析出客户想要的是详细的细节。
这个时候,我们可以打开我们的网站,寻找什么产品是和massage armchair相关的产品,然后制作一份excel:
这里空出了数量和价格,目的是为了确认顾客想要的产品数量,而价格方面可以给出一个区间(可以借此了解同行和目标市场同类产品价格),并且可以根据采购量给予优惠,这些都可以在邮件里写好的
最主要的目的是为了让顾客觉得我有在Care这件事情,做好细节!!!!!回复。
最后,在回复的邮件里,并不需要天花乱坠的吹捧自己和公司,更重要的拿出对方想要的东西,并尽可能多的给它信息。
