瑞诺国际分享外贸人要知道的提高效率的方法

会不会总有些小伙伴抱怨说自己的效率不高, 上班时不知道具体该做些什么 ?今天给大家总结了个比较完整的。当然,每个人的日程都是不尽相同的,外贸小伙伴们可以在此基础上有所变动,增加或删减都是可以的,找到适合自己的才是最重要的。  
Some people always say that they are inefficient and don’t know what to do  
when on duty. Previously I said something about it and today I conclude some  
integrated tips. Of course, differences exist among everyone’s schedules so you  
can make a change based on it. It is important to find the most appropriate  
one.  
一 、 查汇率 Check exchange rate  

上班先打开网页查看一下各国汇率情况,一般以中行或央行为参考。另外,还要看看国内的原材料的价格走向,因为外贸大都是大批量生意,有一点波动都会给你带来很大影响。  
You can open your internet to check exchange rates of every country's,  
generally on BOC or central bank. In addition, you should also check the prices  
of domestic raw materials because we usually do block trade. Any waves will  
influence you a lot.  
二 、 维护客户基础性工作 Element work like maintaining customers  


维护客户所有业务员的必修课。所以每天都要打开邮件客户端,看一下客户跟踪情况表,查看一下有哪些客户是已经有一段时间(2-3个星期左右)没有联系的。给他们逐个发问候的邮件,并且内容需根据不同的对象而定。这么做的好处有以下几点:  
It is every trader’s required course to maintain customers. So you should  
check mailbox everyday to see customers tracing table. When we check some  
customers who haven’t been in touch with us for a certain time (2-3 weeks), we  
can greet them with emails and the details should be differed from different  
customers. The advantages are as follow:  
1、 和未成交客户保持联系,刷存在感  
Keep in touch with customers who haven’t made a deal with us to tell them  
you are there for them.  
2、 和已成交客户保持联系,增进感情  
Keep in touch with customers who have closed a deal with us to promote the  
relationship.  
3、 提醒老客户是否考虑新的订单计划  
Remind regular customers if they want new orders.  
三 、 列工作计划表List your plans of work  


养成做任何事都有计划的好习惯能够帮助我们,特别是新晋外贸业务员减轻工作的迷茫和焦虑感,也能让工作更加有条理地完成。  
It benefits a lot to from a habit of having plans for everything,  
especially for new foreign traders to relieve their confusion and anxiety to  
make work done in order.  
工作计划的建立依托于目标的分解,年月周的目标需要清晰可行,并进行逐步分解。如果目标是提高业绩,那么就设定好一个年业绩目标,再分解成月、周、日的业绩目标,然后所有的工作都围绕目标开展。至于具体到每日任务的执行,则是列工作清单,把每天要做的事情根据轻重缓急分类列出:  
The establishment of plans of work is based on several parts of goals. We  
should be clear of targets of years or months or weeks and disassemble them. If  
your target is to increase performance, then you can set an annual target, then  
disassemble it into targets of months, weeks and days. Then all your work should  
centre on your targets. As for daily missions, you can make a list of them and  
categorize them in order of priority:  
A、重要且紧急 Important and urgent  
如跟客户谈判,催客户尾款,给意向客户报价,给客户做PI,准备样品,这些事比较复杂,耗时耗精力,但这是维持业绩的重要事项,必须优先处理。  
Such as negotiating with customers, having customers remit balance payment,  
making offer to certain customers, making PI for customers and preparing for  
samples. These are very complex and it takes your time and very exhausting but  
it matters a lot to keep your performance, so do deal with it in priority.  
B、重要不紧急 Important but not urgent  
如开发新客户,跟进未成交客户,研究目标市场,和客户建立信任,制定销售计划和工作目标,改进与供应商的关系等,可以按每个人的具体情况而分配时间。  
Such as developing new customers, tracing customers who haven’t closed a  
deal with us, researching targeted market, building trust with customers,  
drawing up plans and objectives of work and improving relations with  
manufacturers, you can allocate time according to the realities.  
C、紧急不重要 Urgent but not important  
如其他部门要求你配合的工作,领导交待的非业务性工作。很多事情看似很“紧急”,实际上拖一拖,无伤大雅,可以在优先处理好重要的事情后再处理这些较不重要的事项。让工作才真正有效率其实就是平时把主要时间和精力主要集中于前两类事务。  
Such as work other department wants you to coordinate, and nonbusiness work  
from leader. These seem to be urgent but it is innocuous to postpone them. You  
can handle these after you make those important things done. It will be efficent  
if you take your time and energy on the first two affairs.  
四 、 合理的时间分配Reasonable time allocation  


最后说一说,一个业务员每天合理的时间是如何分配的:  
In the end, let’s see how a traders allocate his time reasonably in a  
day:  
1. 每天花半个小时对一段时间未联系的客户问好;  
Spend half an hour greeting customers who haven’t contacted with us for  
quite a while.  
2. 每天花半个小时阅读Yahoo等国外网站的英文新闻,了解一些时事,锻炼分析国外市场及英文阅读能力;  
Spend half an hour reading English news from Yahoo or other foreign  
websites to learn current events and exercise the abilities of analyzing foreign  
markets and reading English.  
3. 每天半小时至一小时回复老客户邮件,如前文所说要求简洁、表达清楚即可;  
Spend half an hour to an hour to reply emails from regular customers. It  
needs to be clear as mentioned.  
4. 每天花半小时至一个小时来研究目标市场;  
Spend half an hour to an hour to research targeted market.  
5. 把更多的精力用来开发新客户,认真考虑和研究怎样跟进和回复潜在客户,建立起良好信任。  


Spend more energies to develop new customers and reflect how to trace and  
reply potential customers to build trust.
