一客户,一直由同事在跟,现在那客户说希望我来负责他的item,因为他觉得我的英文更好
上周才到一个新公司上班,老板娘转给我一邮件,是以前一个在广交会上的客户,之前讨论的item被搁置一年后,现在客户想继续,但是之前那同事辞职了,老板娘要我跟一下,于是我就回了封邮件过去,客户回信说有人在跟他联系,是坐在我前面的现任同事。我也跟那同事确认过了,她是一直在跟这个客户联系,我们猜是老板娘记错了,才又要我跟。我只好跟客户说sorry,解释我之前并不知道有人在跟他联系,那他的事情以后就由我同事来负责。可是今天收到客户回信,他说他希望由我来负责他的item,他的邮件原文是:
“Dear ***,
I would like to deal with you, I think the language with is easier, I understand you clearly, and you also made reference to the bag I was looking for, which means I don't have to start at the beginning. Would that be fine if I continued with you?”
现在我该怎么办啊?虽然看到这封邮件很开心,自己能力被客户肯定了,可是这是要得罪人的啊! |
