样品快递费该不该收?
新西兰的一个客户,样品收到满意,价格也可以,但就是说暂时没有订单,也不知道什么时候有订单。
可是我的运费可是公司垫的,没有订单老板怎么想?即使老板不怎么想,我自己也会怎么想,毕竟是几百块钱。
可恶的是没订单还不回我邮件,打电话也不接,Skype发消息也不回,这下我真是不能再那么友好了。以下是刚刚的对话记录:

Janne : Hi Victor, are you there?
Janne : i'd like to talk to you
Janne : You are not kidding me,right?

Janne: Hi Victor
Janne: do you get my email?
Victor : yes I got every thing but at the moment we are not ordering and as I saidonce we order , we will contact you
Janne : i just want to know the probable time,and as i told you i would like to make things straightforward.
Victor : i can not tell you probable time as it depends on demand as we are not the end user
Janne : it's ok even no order to us, i just want an answer to make thing clear
Janne: so could you please reply my email and explain to me next time? i don't want to guess what you think, it will make me upset
Janne: hope you understand me. i need answer to my boss, i believe you can see our sincerity of cooperation
Victor: Janne, you can explain to your boss, what i said before and i do not want to upset any one , this is business and if you want i can pay you for cost of sending yours bags etc, please do not force.
Janne: I don't mean to force you. i just want to understand what is the possibility of our cooperation. I hope you can understand my situation, i send sample but no feedback and seems no business.
Janne: If you can explain to me in future, i will be much appreciate. we try our best to do things, we also want result even it fault.It's better if you can pay for the sample freight cost. i will send you bank information and invoice,thank you for understanding.
我自己也不确定他是不是真的会把运费打给我,也不知道这样做是不是彻底的把客户葬送了。
快过年了,一个单子没有,样品费倒是不少,伤心
10天过去了客户也没理我,今天直接把付款水单发给了我,一个字都没说,这感觉像是仇人似得,有这么小气吗:( :):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):) 做外贸的都能理解,我最近也因为样品快递费的原因而失去了一个客户,各种郁闷啊 外贸很容易遇到这样的问题,不寄样品,客人肯定不满意,寄了样品,说不定人家就直接把你拉黑了~~ 那是该先寄样品?还是先收邮费? 真正想做生意的是愿意付运费的。这个寄样品前可以和客户商量好。
