中国食品英文名称翻译
前两天去了两趟中国超市,决定改善一下伙食。终于像了一回广东人,买了不少褒汤和糖水的料,决定在冬天开学前好好进补一下。广东人名言:女人唔补好易老!(女人不进补很容易变老,听起来更像广告词)蜜枣:Dried Mutcho Dates (发现这些翻译都很广东--Mucho其实就是广东话蜜枣的音,Date就是枣椰子嘛)
冰糖:Crystal Sugar (没译成 Ice Sugar 还不算Chinglish,比较科学的说)
莲子:Dried Lotus Seed
黑糯:Black Glutinous Rice (Glutinous:粘性的)又称 Ketan Itam?
糯米粉:Glutinous Rice Flour
西米:Tapioca Pearl (Tapioca:木薯粉)还有一种细小的西米,忘了名字了
薏米: Pearl Barley (Barley:大麦)
红豆:顾名思义--Red Bean
绿豆:不能顾名思义--Mung Beans
龙眼:又是广东特色的翻译--Longan(广东话音的龙眼)
西洋菜干:Dehydrated Water Cress (Cress:水芹)
