客户投诉原因：客户订单全部用新包装，但是实际收到的还是旧包装
我司回复原因：客户一开始下单时并没有说全部要改包装，订单中有新型号和旧型号，新型号我们按照客户的要求改了包装，但是旧型号，客户并没有提及需要更改包装，所以还是按照返单（以前做过的订单）开下去了

In the order, there are old models and new models; for the new model we changed to the new package required by client; but for the old model, we packaged as the former order because no special requirement from client.
