很难搞定这样的客户,盼高手来支招
我一个朋友在国庆节前收到老外发过来的邮件,是催样品的。可是国庆工人都快放假了啊,而且连中秋就是8天,显然已经来不及了,我朋友说这个时候来催真不是一般的大,大家看看,最难受的是我用红色标出来的这段。Dear ;

最后不知道他是怎么处理的,万一遇到这样的情况大家说改怎处理呢? 介个要求有点那个了,也不知道你们是做什么产品的,打个样周期需要多久。局外人看的话,这个客人很不讲理,但每个外贸人都不太愿意放弃任何一个成交的机会。如果是我,我会直接告诉他,事实就是如此,我想,就算他找,也不一定能找到其它家来满足他这种苛刻的要求。 嗯,告诉客人实际情况就可以了,能接受就接受,不能接受也没有办法。 有机会一定要抓住!跟对方商谈斟酌一下,首先态度一定要正确,要先陈述我们没做好的原因,毕竟是咱们做的不对。其次,要和客户有良好的沟通,稳住客户。保住公司的信誉才是主要,但是也不能弱了咱们的威严。
外国人一般很直接,直来直往比较好,希望对你有所帮助 这个看实际能力的,记住一条不要轻易承诺,承诺了就要能做到。
