一个澳大利亚的客户就这样被我征服了
今天搞定了一个澳大利亚的客户。好累啊。但是从中发现,客户也是人,沟通很重要。记下来让大家借鉴一下。本来是隐藏的,回帖才能看,其实并不是希望什么有多少点击率,只是怕帖子沉下去才采取这样的措施,因为我希望更多的人看到。既然大家都看到了,都学习到了,那我就取消隐藏了。。
这个澳大利亚的客户是我从世界买家网搜来的,世界买家网注册了两个月了,可是几乎没什么收获。
是7月17号吧,看到这个买家信息,E-mail老是被退,于是我直接打电话过去了。接电话是个很健谈开朗的MM,她告诉我他们邮件系统出问题了,说下午可能会好,还给我说了很多“废话”,挂了电话感觉挺好,因为这个MM感染了我原本比较郁闷的心情,心情一下子好了些,于是,下午又试着发送了一次,成功了。很快收到回复,说看了我们的目录比较感兴趣,请我们报价,并且很有诚意的强调他们市场比较小,定购量不大,但是他们愿意出高价钱来买。于是我们互相加了MSN。并且了解到她喜欢中文,并且正在参加中文培训班,经常用拼音跟我说话(注意,这点细节很重要)
我想,量不大就不大吧,刚开始单子都不会很大的,于是报给他们我们的MOQ是3000个/花色(狗碗)。并且报了相应的价钱。我并没有加价,因为觉得第一笔生意,大家交朋友先。结果,她的定购量出乎我意料之外的低,他们每种花色只有500左右个的量,我们最小起购量是3000个每种花色,于是我犯难了。就去跟老板商量。老板坚决不做,没办法,只好把老板的意见传达给她,并表示歉意。
邮件刚发出去不到10分钟,老板改变意见了,可以试做。我晕。。。但是这个客户好像已经对我们失去信心了,我给她解释他都不回我邮件的。在MSN上说话也不理我了。。。直到今天。7月22号,我试探性的发了MSN信息过去“ni mang ma?”(因为他喜欢我用拼音跟他说话而不是用英文)她终于有回复了。嗯,我还是复制聊天记录在这里吧,比较一目了然一些,用文字很难表述清楚(各位原谅我语言表达能力差:))
聊天内容如下:

(f)Lucy(c): wo kan ni mei tian haoxiang dou hen mang de

Jen: I understand ' I see you....very busy...' am I

(f)Lucy(c): just the mean that I see you every busy
everyday,
(f)Lucy(c): de yangzi is no meaning in chinese ,just a
...how to say?,hah
Jen: Great, I will add this to my list. I have started my
chinese lessons again. I avhe so much to learn
(f)Lucy(c): yes,a lot of people say that chinese is very
hard to learn
(f)Lucy(c): I can teach you ,my major is English education
(f)Lucy(c): and I can give you the easy way for learn
chinese
Jen: Please, please, please tell me
(f)Lucy(c): speak more. more and more
(f)Lucy(c): practise is very important
Jen: Yes, it is no secret really. Just practice
(f)Lucy(c): and sum-up
(f)Lucy(c): and forget your language ,
(f)Lucy(c): not learn a chinese word then translate in your
own language
(f)Lucy(c): don't do that
Jen: That is good advice. some words just don't translate.
(f)Lucy(c): yes,some words is hard to understand ,some
times it have no means
Jen: and also, I have to say, that Australian people are a
little lazy. We don't learn other languages.
(f)Lucy(c): I think you are not lazy:)
(f)Lucy(c): you have no people to talk in chinese,right?
Jen: Oh well, when I come to china. I find that many
chinese people speak a few different languages. Just in the
market place I ahve found people who can speak english &
German as well. In Australia, we regard Chinese people as
being very clever and hard working.
(f)Lucy(c): :-Oreally?
(f)Lucy(c): Thank you for to praise highly;
Jen: It is just the truth I think. My business partner is
also taking Chinese lessons so we can practice together
which is very useful.
(f)Lucy(c): yes,but I think if you want learn chinese more
quickly and good you should live in China for a long
time,It is good for you learn chinese,because in the world
,just chinese can speak chinese very exactitude
Jen: I would love to live in China, particularly Beijing. I
love it there. I'm sure I would learn quickly. By the way,
I am just sending through the designs for the bowls that we
would like to repeat.
(f)Lucy(c): ok.
(f)Lucy(c): Beijing is a good place for live,
(f)Lucy(c): you can be a teacher that teach English in
China,it is good
(f)Lucy(c): our English teacher is from USA,he is coming
China for learn chinese,after three years,He can ppeak good
chinese,
Jen: My niece is teaching english at a Chinese school in
Guanhzhou. She can speak quite a lot of chinese already
after 1 year. she loves it.
(f)Lucy(c): chinese is very interesting ,and I have saw a
lot of joke for foreigner learn chinese,
Jen: I am leaving the office now and will return in an
hour. I will send you the bowl designs then. yes I can
imagine it is very funny to hear foreigners trying to speak
chinese. Many funny mistakes.

她终于答应发产品花型给我了,我乐。。。以前管她要她都没反映,今天主动给我了,太好了!!!
