Hi I'm Carmen and I work for a local export company that produce temper glass primarily to Europe Countries. My main duties include reading and responsing the clients' e-mails and monitor the production line so that I'm knowledgeable to the clients' questions. This job is very full of chanlenge for me because I newly joined the company and have a lot of adjusting to do. Cheer up. :)
