欧盟POPS法规:持久性有机污染物POPs指令(EU)2019/1021
欧盟新POPs法规丨7月15日生效修订版EU 2019/1021，将替代旧条例EU850/20042019年6月25日，欧盟POPs-持久性有机污染物条例修订版EU 2019/1021在欧盟官方公报上发布。其目的是使其更加清晰、透明，并与其他相关联盟的立法保持一致。新法规将于2019年7月15日生效，之前POPs 条例EU 850/2004将被废除。
新条例澄清了定义，并与REACH 1907/2006及废物框架指令2008/98/EC保持一致，特别是物质、混合物(以前使用“配制品”)和物品的定义与REACH一致。“无意微量污染物”现在被定义为以极少量存在的附带的物质，低于不能被有意地使用的量又超过现有检测方法的检测限。此外，欧洲化学品管理局(ECHA)将在持久性有机污染物监管中发挥新的作用。它将负责执行该条例的管理、技术和科学方面的工作，并接受欧盟委员会分配的其他任务。
POPs的修订也更新了附件I - A部分所列的物质。其中一些物质可能在消费品中被发现。附件I所列的持久性有机污染物不得生产，不得投放市场和用于物质，混合物或物品，除非有豁免条款。
