外贸合同里GTC的意思

最近收到一个客户的合同有这么一句内容是“These GTCs are intended to operate with a contract confirmation which together shall comprise the contract.”

后来经过多个了解,这个GTC意思是General Terms and Condition 一般条款和条件。谨以此分享给大家，活学活用啊
