先了解客户背景，再写有针对性的开发信，才能事半功倍！
2016年就开始关注外交圈了，当时公司还有其他的平台，也做网络推广没有打算新增渠道，就一直体验免费的。后来听朋友分享用外交圈成交了一个大客户就开始心动了，就联系它们客服了解平台的使用功能和操作方法。2017年4月购买了VIP会员， 刚开始用得不是很习惯， 平时只是用来查下买家背景，了解它们的采购量，再查查同行。 数据的精准度还是可靠的，因为自己合作的客户每一笔交易记录都可以查到。
大概用了一个多月都没什么效果，然后客服跟我分析怎么样给客人发邮件回复率比较大。经过自己两周的努力，终于联系上一个客户了。邮件来回共60多封，跟了大概三个月左右知道客户要来中国，然后邮件邀约客人来公司考察了两天，客人回去后就问了几次报价，后来就下了一个试订单，是个质量比较高的客户， 相信未来会有更多的订单。
总结两点：
1. 了解客户背景后再写有针对性的开发信，才能事半功倍。
2. 了解客户可能在中国的行程，能面谈就争取面谈。
